圖片說明一切,我經常在石灣沙崗陶瓷批發市場,石灣置地陶瓷批發市場,南庄華夏陶瓷城,南庄中國陶瓷總部基地遊走。我都系學野。

如果要搵廠家,好多廠都搬走了。分佈在佛山的周邊。江門(藍勳章,派瑞),肇慶(高要(哈伊馬角,特高特,),四會(科迪,權業),鼎湖(協進)),清遠,雲浮,廣西。有些廠甚至搬到外省湖北、江西等。

江西是新崛起的陶瓷基地。產能也是很強大的。北方就有山東,好多山東磚都拉落廣東佛山,打個佛山牌子出貨。總之,系國內,一切都為左降低生產成本而搬走了。

現在佛山已經很少廠,南庄留下了很多只有拋光線,沒有窯爐的私拋廠。質量還可以,物美價廉。市場中的牌子貨,一般都是廣告費用大,管理費用大造成的。

宜家整個佛山市場,好多貨都是山東,江西,福建磚。其實都無乜野,大家都用左好多年了。產能和產品都分佈在外地或者外省。

佛山貨源地,貨源絕對系充足而且多樣的,關鍵是配套不好。做幾條地腳線,居然要排產兩天時間。我就因為甘樣失去了好多出貨香港的機會。

而且佛山缺乏當天過港的貨運公司,我只找到兩間,一間系冠昌達,一間系新鵬港。在南庄鎮倉庫重地,加工廠系多,不過互相匹配協調工作還是組織不到位。

系倉庫拉貨去加工廠加工,然後又拉貨出石灣置地送上過港公司。成本很大,這個問題,在深圳是不會存在的。出現這個問題,就需要我們金銀倉去協調好廠家倉庫不能離加工廠太遠,也不能離過港公司太遠。嘿嘿。我們金銀倉的運作,對運輸成本很敏感。因為薄利,因為走量,完全沒有別人大牌子那麼的高利潤。承受不起這樣的折騰和來回調貨。
